- Analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities based on risk/return criteria.
- Managing M&A and Due Diligence processes.
- Preparing documents for the investment committee.
- Monitoring existing investments in terms of relevant performance indicators and risk limits.
- Being the primary point of contact for stakeholders' questions in this area.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field of study such as economics, business administration/management, or finance.
- At least 1-year of experience in investment banking, deal advisory, private equity, or the M&A industry.
- Experience in the TMT sector would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with solid practical experience using Microsoft Office.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
