- Direct, hands-on experience in energy storage products for C&I and Utilities applications, including expertise covering battery technology, power conversion systems, and integration across various system and operating conditions.
- Provide energy system design for customers in the pre-sales process and ensure an after-sales support.
- Perform remote and on-site system commissioning of the energy storage solutions.
- Manage customer's technical questions and expectations to successfully install and commission systems.
- Work with the product line technical team and suppliers to support the client, troubleshoot system failures, investigate and create failure fault analysis reports to improve the product and processes.
- Create written and multimedia technical and training documentation, including system documentation, Single Line Diagrams, and conduct customer training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the R&D team to ensure growing product expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical-related field.
- Experience in C&I Battery Solution is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical design codes and standards.
- Bilingual English/German speaking skills.
- Strong interests in technology, renewable energy, and/or energy storage.
- Strong customer orientation, coupled with good discipline, teamwork, and self-motivation.
- Be willing to undertake frequent business travel.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
