Beschreibung
Join our team as Master (m/f/d) Final Assembly / Painting
We believe that diversity among our employees is crucial for our success. Embracing diversity makes us more open, innovative, and competitive.
What to expect:
As a Master (m/f/d), you will oversee an assembly area with approximately 40 employees working in island assemblies, painting, and a quality gate. You will lead and evaluate your team, identify performance needs, organize the area, and drive continuous development. Working closely with your shift leaders, you will coordinate personnel, machinery, and equipment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and deadlines. You will address process disruptions by implementing necessary actions and improvements, manage timekeeping, ensure information flow, collaborate closely with quality assurance, and plan for preventive measures. Additionally, you will handle equipment procurement, monitor compliance with work instructions and inspection plans.
