Your primary responsibility will be managing projects and optimising M365 and MS security solutions . Furthermore, you will be mapping customer Microsoft stack requirements and managing the entire lifecycle of different technologies. Constantly seek to improve, resolve, and streamline Microsoft applications and processes to meet our customers' operational challenges
Understand operational needs and automation potential, then design and implement solutions, dashboards, integrations, etc.

Proven experience in M365 environment and applications such as Teams, Exchange Online, TeamsPhone, Intune and Defender
~ A team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills
