- Drive actionable insights by developing and communicating research methodologies (Quantitative & Qualitative) and translating research findings into improvement strategies.
- Create and update documentation for internal processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to capture expertise, foster collaboration, and promote the use of knowledge management tools.
- Establish and supervise a taxonomy for efficient information organization and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee knowledge systems and communication platforms such as Stravito, Market Logic, intranet, LinkedIn, etc.
- Design training materials for new employee orientation and ongoing education.
- Set and monitor KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
- Collect and integrate customer feedback to enhance processes and adapt to evolving company requirements.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and incorporate it into daily operations.
- Address resistance to knowledge sharing and advocate for a collaborative environment.
- Manage external consulting firms and related procurement processes while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Hold a university degree in areas such as Organisational Psychology, Library/Information Science, Communications, Human Resource Management, or possess a knowledge management certification.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in knowledge management and communicating complex research findings to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrate expertise in market research, including research design, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management with the ability to adapt to various corporate and regional cultures.
- Willingness to travel, exhibit self-assurance, and possess strong persuasion skills.
