Your training as a Process Mechanic (m/f/d)

To produce our packaging materials, we need specialists who know how to create high-quality products from hot, liquid plastic. Here's where you come in: give plastic shape and kickstart your career at Aptar as a Process Mechanic (m/f/d).

This is what your training at Aptar looks like:

• During your 3-year training, you will rotate through various departments and not only get to know our injection molding, but also many other areas such as our tooling department.
• You will have the opportunity to get a taste of exciting projects in addition to your daily tasks and also contribute your own ideas.
• You will build a network within the company, as you will get to know many colleagues from different departments during your training.
• Your trainer will be your point of contact for all questions regarding your professional training and will support you in preparing for your exams.

What you will learn during your training:

• In our in-house training workshop, you will acquire the basic knowledge of metalworking.
• You will create professional programs for our injection molding machines and learn all the production steps for manufacturing high-quality plastic products.
• In our production/injection molding department, you will learn what you need to know for your future professional life.
• We will teach you how to handle measuring and testing equipment.

• A qualified school leaving certificate, Intermediate School Certificate.
• Good grades in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
• Willingness to learn and perform well, as well as thorough and precise work.
• A keen interest in technology.
• Quick comprehension.
• An open, polite, and courteous demeanor.
• School grades are not everything to us - we'd love for you to impress us during an internship.

What you should know about vocational school:

• The vocational school is located in Wasserburg am Inn, and you will be accommodated in the student dormitory during the block weeks.
• All theoretical contents related to training in the vocational school will be taught to you during block instruction.
