    Job Title: Community Partnership Manager (North)

    Location: Home based with travel across the area

    Salary: £40,000 plus excellent benefits

    Hours: 37.5

    We are seeking a Community Partnership professional, with a proven track record of developing successful partnerships with statutory and third sector organisations, to join our sheltered housing operations team.

    The role will require the development of strong relationships with Local Authorities, hospitals, GPs, housing, voluntary and community associations with a view to increasing waiting list referrals and widening opportunities for increased wellbeing for our tenants in later life.

    The role involves creating local and national relationships with strategic partners as well as supporting local staff and tenants in our sheltered housing schemes to set up services then coaching and mentoring them to sustain activity.

    About you:

  • Experience of developing successful partnerships to deliver services that meet identified needs.
  • Experience of delivering service improvement and change within a customer focussed environment
  • A broad experience across housing, health and social care.
  • Experience of developing innovative solutions and contributing to the strategic planning process to maximise business growth
