YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the main contact person for handling and coordinating health insurance tender submissions (internal/external)
• Autonomous project management of the entire tender process for Open House and exclusive submissions (e.g. requirement and formal examination of tender documents for completeness according to the description in the publication, evaluation of product impact and business relevance of the process, preparation and creation of decision templates for Jenapharm, Growth Units, and Value Unit)
• Processing tender documents and timely dispatch to health insurance companies
• Responsible for daily monitoring in tenders electronic daily (TED) and maintenance of the discount contract database
• Ongoing and timely coordination with all departments involved in the tender process (especially Jenapharm, Market Access Pricing, Legal, Controlling, Commercial Agreements & Trade Incentives, Supply Chain, Growth, and Value Units) as well as early involvement of subcontractors

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the field of health insurance tender submissions
• Contract management/Open House contracts/discount contracts
• Proficient Excel skills and ideally experience in dealing with tender and contract databases (e.g. Cosinex)
• Good understanding of the German healthcare system and social law, as well as detailed knowledge of national and regional health policies
• Strong numerical understanding, precise work ethic, and high analytical skills
• High customer orientation, flexibility, great commitment with a proactive work style and curiosity
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
