IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team and take on the following tasks:

• Act as the central point of contact for internal users' requirements of the ERP system and analyze use cases
• Manage request prioritization, project initiation, and requirements handover for implementation
• Handle ticket processing and creation in Jira
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals in platforms like Confluence to ensure quick access to information for all team members
• Conduct user perspective testing and project documentation after IT project implementation
• Provide advice to business departments on formulating and reviewing acceptance criteria
• Perform usability tests to guarantee the intuitive operation of relevant features
