For the International Information Processing sub-department, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position as soon as possible for a
to strengthen our team at the Bonn location.

You control the central change and problem management system and develop it further
You plan and develop national releases including updates for the connection to European data exchange protocols (EESSI - Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information) on the basis of international and national specifications and make them available
You cooperate with test management and IT service providers
You administer relevant change, release and service management areas in Jira and further develop their customizing
You participate in topic-related national and international working groups
You already have several years of experience in change and release management, ideally with overlaps to other ITIL processes (e.g. service management)
You have a very good knowledge of German (language level C2) and a good knowledge of English (at least language level B2)
You have practical experience or sound knowledge of electronic data exchange procedures is desirable
You have a high level of goal and service orientation paired with a strong willingness to cooperate and the ability to communicate actively in German and English
The ability to work in a team, commitment and resilience round off your profile
