    We arelooking for an experienced Program Manager in our seller servicesteam in Germany to support business development and complianceefforts.

    These include finding new growth opportunities forSellers, defining solutions to help sellers adopt our existinggrowth programs (such as FBA and PanEU), and support Sellers (inGermany and rest of EU) in complying with new regulations thatmight otherwise impact their growth.

    The candidate will closelywith product, tax, finance and legal teams to drive theseinitiatives.


    Main responsibilitiesinclude:
    (1) Defining and driving new growthopportunities for German Sellers.
    (2) Lead Sellerengagement efforts to help DE and EU Sellers comply withregulations, coordinating efforts among tech, legal, tax, finance,business and ops teams.
    (3) Lead team of ~15 SMEs acrossEU to coordinate Seller engagement efforts for compliance.
    (4) Partner with product teams to build improvements incompliance roadmap based on voice of the seller
    (5)Provide updates to leadership on growth programs, and complianceprogress.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    - Experiencein program or project management

    • Experience using dataand metrics to determine and drive improvements
    • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, andcommunicating results to senior leadership
    • Experiencein complex problem solving, and working in a tight scheduleenvironment
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experienceworking cross functionally with nontechteams

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    -Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration,economics, engineering, marketing

    • Experience leadingprocess improvements
