    Our Process/Chemical Engineers

    • Collaborate with clients and project team members to refine process system designs as part of comprehensive engineering solutions aimed at maximizing value for our clients.
    • Work closely with other disciplines in real time to develop cohesive designs.
    • Depending on project scale, take lead or contribute within a team, or work autonomously as a designer.
    • Engage throughout the engineering lifecycle, producing high-quality technical documentation.
    • Analyse and design intricate Chemical, Gas, Waste, and UPW systems. Oversee Process Design Development using standard process design documentation such as PFDs and P&IDs.
    • Ensure engineering solutions meet functional, performance, and safety standards, actively participating in verification activities to optimize outcomes for clients.
    • Mentor and support less experienced engineers within the team or project.

    Deliverables:

    Process simulation, preparing Process deliverables such as Design, Process Flow Diagrams, Material Selection Diagrams, Heat & Material Balances, Equipment List, Equipment Data Sheets, Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Cause & Effects, Line & Special Piping Item Lists, Safety valve calculations, Instrument Data Sheets, hydraulic analysis, thermal rating of heat exchangers, design safety reviews, HAZOP studies, and closing out HAZOP actions.

    Experience/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in design development, including system performance analysis and control, Process flow diagram, P&IDs, plant equipment layout, equipment selection, piping sizing and piping layout plan, and others.
    • Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit MEP and Navisworks.
    • Familiarity with conducting HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and safety reviews.
    • Knowledge of International Codes, local Codes, and Regulations.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and German.
