On behalf of one of our esteemed client companies operating in the fashion sector, we are looking for a qualified professional for the role of:HR ADMIN & PAYROLL / FASHION BRAND / CANTON TICINO
Responsibilities:
Operational and administrative management of personnel, with a specific focus on payroll processing
Payroll accounting, Drafting of employment contracts, Issuance of employment references;
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in line with current regulations, while supporting efficient personnel administration and documentation management.
Preparation, verification, and reconciliation of payroll, social security contributions, and related tax obligations.Liaising with external consultants or payroll providers for payroll processing activities.
Updating and maintaining employee personal and contractual data within HR and payroll systems.
Managing mandatory communications and administrative procedures related to hires, terminations, extensions, and contractual changes.
Entering and maintaining employee records within the payroll system.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
Degree or diploma in Economics, Law, or related fields.
3–4 years of experience in Payroll or Personnel Administration
Fluent English; French is considered a plus.
Strong knowledge of payroll softwers
Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security/tax procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
Good It Skills
Multi – tasking abilities
