- Therefore, you will identify and promote inventions for the generation of your own intellectual property rights to ensure the long-term competitive advantage of trinamiX.
- You will be responsible for initiating and managing invention harvesting projects to identify and protect patentable developments as well as technology trends.
- Furthermore, you will review invention disclosures and support our development team in their preparation.
- Together with the central patent unit, you will work on patent applications based on invention disclosures and accompany the patent examination and grant procedures.
- You will develop IP strategies in the IP team together with our R&D department as well as the central patent unit and implement them accordingly.
- Last but not least, you will manage a large area of our IP portfolio in closer coordination within the IP team and identify focal points as well as areas for expansion.
- PhD in natural science as well as professional experience in the field of IP management
- experience with optical technologies and software/algorithms
- Know-how in dealing with patent rights and patent distribution procedures is an advantage
