- Identifikation von Harmonisierungs-, Standardisierungs- sowie Digitalisierungspotentialen im globalen Einkauf
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungskonzepten zur Automatisierung von Beschaffungsprozessen
- Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Digitalisierungsstrategien für den Einkaufsbereich
- Einführung von E-Procurement Lösungen und digitalen Tools zur Vereinfachung der Beschaffungsabläufe
- Definition von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Effektivität (Lean / Excellence Administration)
- Mitarbeit bei regelmäßigen Überprüfungen der IT-Roadmap für den Einkauf unter Berücksichtigung der Marktentwicklung bei Einkaufstools sowie Umsetzung mit dem Fachbereich IT
- Durchführung von Prozess- und Datenanalysen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Einkauf
- Identifikation von Trainingsbedarfen und Bereitstellung geeigneter Schulungen zur Unterstützung bei der Nutzung neuer Tools und Prozesse
- Selbstständige Projektleitung und Controlling WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der digitalen Transformation und Kenntnisse im Einkaufsbereich oder in der Beratung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement nach Möglichkeit in der Implementierung von E-Procurement Lösungen sowie digitalen Beschaffungssystemen
- Fachwissen in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) und Automatisierungstechnologien
- Verhandlungssicherere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
