- Lead and allocate tasks to operational staff
- Train and instruct new employees
- Conduct staff meetings
- Manage personnel deployment and shift planning in coordination with shift supervisors
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with work instructions
- Completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics and/or relevant work experience in warehouse and material management
- Practical experience in contract logistics and initial leadership experience is an advantage
