- In your role you will drive enhancements to the program: conception and execution of new propositions, benefits, features to evolve the program based on consumer behavior and trends.
- You will work closely with the commercial teams of our European subsidiaries as well with cross-functional teams at the group level e.g., design, IT development, finance, brand, partnerships, sponsorship and communication teams.
- You will evaluate customer usage and behavior as well as consumer, competitive and macroeconomic trends to come up with Customer journeys, engagement and gamification concepts to be developed and implemented in association with stakeholders in design, development, partnerships and Natco commercial teams.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the impact of engagement program and various initiatives on key KPIs.
- You will define in coordination with Partnerships and Go-to Market teams, propositions for partners to engage with our customers through the program in terms of sponsorships, gamification and placements.
- You will create unique opportunities for partners and members to engage through Magenta Moments.
- You will be responsible for creating strategies, proposition and implementation towards opening new revenue streams for the Customer Engagement Program.
- Being excellent in managing projects involving multiple teams across geographies
- Strong analytical mind and have a flair for technology
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
