Your tasks:

Carry out testing and repair work as well as diagnostics on complex electrical systems;

Test and analyze driver assistance systems and high-voltage components using electronic or computer-aided measuring and diagnostic devices (e.g. high-voltage measuring devices)

Repairing systems of vehicles with electric or hybrid drives;

Retrofitting special equipment and additional devices and setting them to work properly;

Compare and assess measured values with target values;

Carry out maintenance and minor repair work;

Organize work tasks with regard to meeting deadlines, the required work quality and correct order processing;

Tender or enter required extension orders into the system;

Determine the required scope of parts;

Use service information systems;

Carry out test drives if required;

Familiarize trainees with safety regulations and monitor their compliance;

Specify the required findings on the repair order in the event of warranty or goodwill.

Qualifikationen

To be best qualified for the position, you have:

Completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician/vehicle electrician or comparable training

Repair experience on Mercedes-Benz passenger cars is an advantage

Experience in the field of high-voltage systems on motor vehicles required

Good knowledge of workshop-related IT systems desirable

High level of service orientation

Ability to work independently

Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people

Good communication skills

Affinity for new media

at least a class B driver's license
