And we're looking for more talented and committed people to join us on our journeyABOUT THE ROLEAs Payment Program Manager (m/f/d), you will manage and oversee the development of our card scheme programs and any adjacent processes.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of payments and scheme related projects and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as a payments expert.
As this is a payments operations role within a FinTech, you have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DOManage external stakeholder relations (incl. scheme/Visa, processor, 3rd-party issuers, partner banks, card manufacturers, etc.).Have in depth understanding and ability to monitor payments related systems.Manage cross-team and cross-geo projects, incl. internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with Product and Tech teams to enhance our product and
implement the latest trends from the payments industries.
Review data using SQL to gain insights on payments performance and trends.
Develop effective methodologies to monitor operational goals, project plans and successes with management staff.
Recommend and implement the achievement of process enhancements.
Oversee reporting and escalations to regulators, authorities and other external key stakeholders. WHAT YOU`LL BRING You have previous experience ( 7+ years) at a card scheme (Visa, Mastercard)processor, PSP, PayTech, etc. You have in-depth knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to the payments industry and card schemes (VISA or MasterCard) You have a proven track record of managing complex cross-functional or international projects, including external stakeholdersYou are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills; SQL or Python would be of an advantageYou excel at delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic
