    Project- and Eventmanager (m/f/d)

    These tasks await you

  • Independent project management as well as planning, organization, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external events
  • Development of creative, new event concepts for celebrating our 80th anniversary, reflecting the history, values and culture of our company
  • As project manager for the 80th anniversary, you will determine the measures for celebrating with our employees, customers, and partners together with the Steering Committee and develop a concept and the choreography of all activities
  • Optimization of existing event formats, including planning and implementation of various measures
  • Ensuring a smooth process of all events, including logistics, scheduling, guest and participant management as well as on-site troubleshooting
  • Close and effective cooperation with internal departments such as marketing
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with external service providers and suppliers
  • Budget planning and monitoring, including cost calculation, negotiations with suppliers and service providers, in compliance with Sennheiser's budget guidelines
  • Evaluation of the success of the events and creation of reports with analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement and design of future events

    • These qualification will bring you along

  • You have substantial experience in event/project management, ideally having organized high-quality event formats and corporate events within a company
  • You have successfully led project teams and coordinated multiple working groups across departments and functions, and speak English fluently
  • Your organizational and communication skills are excellent, and you take a creative, innovative approach to event management
  • You are experienced in managing construction partners and service providers for events in digital, hybrid and or presence formats
  • You understand sustainable event practices and are able to integrate environmentally friendly solutions into the planning and execution of events
  • Your reliable, flexible and resilient way of working makes you an asset to our teamYou have completed a university degree or professional training with a focus on event marketing/management or have obtained comparable qualifications
