Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest ein Team von organisatorischen Sicherheits- und Service Management Mitarbeitenden
- Du bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für in der Unternehmensgruppe etablierte Standards und Zertifizierungen
- Du verantwortest das Sicherheitsrisikomanagement der Unternehmensgruppe sowie weiterer Unternehmensteile der Holding United Internet
- Du betreibst und verantwortest die Kernprozesse und Managementsystemaktivitäten, z.B. Dokumenten-, Prozess-, und Notfallmanagement
- Du berichtest zielgruppengerecht über Aktivitäten und Reifegrade der Managementsysteme und bedienst Schnittstellen zu anderen Unternehmensfunktionen wie Compliance und Legal
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Informatik, mit Schwerpunkt Informationssicherheit oder ähnlichem, oder du verfügst über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, Service Management oder vergleichbaren Gebieten
- Du kennst nicht nur internationale und nationale Standards und Normen wie ISO 27001, ISO 50001, beim Namen - du hast bereits in zertifizierten Scopes gearbeitet und diese vielleicht neu geschaffen
- Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und erreichst Ergebnisse, indem du Fachbereiche in einer internationalen Organisation überzeugst und motiviert in die Implementierung von Standards und Prozessen mitnimmst
- Du kannst dich in neue Themengebiete sehr schnell einarbeiten und bist es gewohnt, komplexe Zusammenhänge zielgruppengerecht und direkt kommuniziert auf den Punkt zu bringen. Dabei fällt es dir leicht, für Sicherheitsthemen Awareness bei deinem Gegenüber zu schaffen
- Du hast Spaß am Finden von smarten, ökonomischen Lösungen bei der Umsetzung von Normanforderungen und kannst sicher mündlich und schriftlich in Englisch kommunizieren
