- Be responsible for the project and product management of established oncology products in Germany.
- Prepare a successful market entry of new products.
- Exchange medical and professional knowledge/ideas with key opinion leaders and indication-relevant stakeholders.
- Be responsible for product development in strategic, qualitative, and quantitative aspects.
- Ensure compliance and HWG-compliant control of scientific marketing activities in Germany.
- Collaborate with various internal departments as well as the international headquarters.
- Plan and participate in professional congresses, including scientific symposia.
- Be responsible for the budget planning, and national/international reporting.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a natural science field.
- Several years of experience in product management in the field of hematology and/or oncology.
- Good and expandable network in hematology/oncology.
- Experience in rare diseases is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of digital product promotion.
- Language Level: Fluent proficiency in English and German.
- Strong conceptual, methodical, and strategic thinking ability with a hands-on mentality.
- A team player with a passion for design and project management.
- Effective communication skills, good analytical abilities, motivated, and innovative.
