Tasks


As the Business Development Representative at Zenport, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission forward by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and fostering relationships that align with our sustainability and profitability goals.


1.


Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our sustainability strategies, smart energy solutions, sustainable innovation, and renewable investment support.

Networking:

Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential clients and partners, increasing Zenport's visibility and business opportunities.


4.


Market Research:

Continuously research market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to stay ahead in the sustainability consulting field.

5.


Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value of Zenport's services to potential clients.

6.


Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Share insights and feedback from client interactions to refine sales tactics.

7.


CRM Management:

Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.

8.


Proposal Development:

Assist in the creation of customized proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the sustainability, renewable energy, or consulting sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
