Responsibilities:


  • Collaboration on exciting tasks in the field of particle filtration as well as adsorption of harmful gases
  • Testing and optimisation of innovative filter media and their technical filter properties
  • Basic research on fine dust separation and gas adsorption of activated carbons
  • Realistic investigation of filter performance in field studies, road and fleet tests
  • Preparation and assessment of market and benchmark studies on cabin air filters for passenger cars, trucks and agricultural machinery
  • Direct insights into the daytoday work of a development engineer are conveyed, through active participation and support in project management

Qualifications:


  • Student of a technical or scientific course of study, especially process engineering, chemical engineering, environmental protection technology, mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Ideally basic knowledge in one or more areas of filtration, adsorption and/or particle and gas measurement technology
  • Enthusiasm for technical challenges, analytical way of thinking as well as the ability to present complex topics in an understandable and descriptive way
  • Selfinitiative, creativity as well as structured and independent work are required
  • Team player with good communication skills, reliability and a sense of order
  • Possession of a class B driving licence
  • The practical semester / internship is a compulsory part of your studies and lasts at least 4 months, preferably longer (up to 6 months for interns).
  • Possibility of a subsequent final thesis, if applicable
