What you will do

Supporting the creation of rollout material such as Powerpoint presentations, demos and videos
Helping with the preparation of SAPinternal rollout activities, for example care for invitation letter and registration, coordination of session, hosting, and recording of info sessions (mainly MS Teams).
Creating product demos and videos from scratch (using storyboards, video editing tools)
Support design and evolution of related rolloutplatforms
Reorganize MS Team Sharepoint, improve presence and appearance
Assisting in the compilation of meaningful statistics based on MS Excel

What you bring

Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: web design, marketing, graphic design, or related experience, usercentric approach, have a flair for good presentation and design
Computer skills: Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Excel, HTML
Language skills: Good English and German skills are a prerequisite
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a proactive way.
Knowledge about SAP technology and SAP products is not a prerequisite but would be an advantage
Proficiency in design tools
Experience in creating marketing materials using multimedia authoring tools

Our team holistically cares for SAP's data migration and data transformation portfolio. We strive for a scalable usage of our products and functionalities. One of our major portfolio items is the SAP S/4HANA migration cockpit.

It is SAP's standard solution to migrate business data to SAP S/4HANA and is available with SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

You will support the creation of rollout material and rollout activities.

During your activities, you propose creative solutions for internal and external product materials, you will collaborate with product management team and SAP users.

This is a great opportunity to learn and understand the scope of SAP's newest product and technology.

Work experience:
