Head of Tower Supplier Quality (M/F/d):

DEPARTMENT:

SourcingYOUR TASKS:

Responsible and accountable for Global Steel Towers quality
Leading a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and Supplier Development Team
Maintain, develop and own processes/quality control plans and production control for steel towers, implement constant improvements
Coordination and managing quality tasks within development projects
Risk management and risk reporting of the projects
Develop and own the KPI's for steel tower production quality including components
Develop bestpractice for the entire production control
Continuous improvement

YOUR PROFILE:

Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electrical or economical engineering
Several years of professional experience in a comparable positions/tasks
Very good knowledge of project and quality management methods (e.g. Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
Ability to lead and motivate a team, willingness to drive change and improvement
Convincing manner towards external and internal parties
Experience with working in a matrix organisation of an international company
SAP and skills preferably
Fluent English skills
