Key Responsibilities**- Support on-site monitoring and testing on designated controls defined within the Compliance Monitoring Plan

  • Undertake Client Due Diligence and ongoing reviews in compliance with the antimoney laundering requirements
  • Assist the Local Compliance Function and/or Market Head of Risk & Compliance to produce and maintain appropriate local and TMF Group policies and procedures
  • Support Local Compliance Function with proper transaction monitoring and maintain a register of internal suspicious transaction reports; review and assess issues with reference to all files and report findings
  • Execution of projects and actions plans for (Internal) Audits and local remediation plans
  • Ensure that compliance/KYC files and records and kept in due form
  • Support the identification, mitigation and management of AML related risks; reporting and escalation of such risks as needed
  • Maintenance of Compliance registers such as: incidents reported, regulatory correspondence log, complaints register
  • Maintenance of internal Compliance tools
  • Undertake Compliance projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
  • Manage data privacy matters
  • Support information security matters and conduct ISO27001 tasks

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (legal background preferred)
  • Preferably working experience in a similar position or relevant experience
  • Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong issue resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workloads
  • Fluent English and German, both written and oral
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently and proactive "cando" attitude, seeking out ways to improve quality of service to all stakeholders
