What you ́ll do:

Develop, coach, grow and support a team of 6+ analysts

Guide analysts on their career paths, helping them to enhance their technical/analytical and soft skills
-
Drive and review performance of analytics solutions to impact overall business results and be an
analytical sparring partner to our product teams, your team will -rovide answers to questions, explain insights and make recommendations to the product teams
-
Drive the overall analytics strategy to enhance data driven mindset and skills among product and marketing employees

Act as an
analytical sparring partner to our product and data science teams

What you should bring:

You are a highly motivated
data enthusiast and passionate
people builder, coach and mentor with a strong technical and analytical background
You have gained
experience in a crossfunctional environment and are familiar with
productrelevant KPIs and reports
You work comfortably
with senior executives and are capable of outlining and presenting
complex topics in a simple manner:
You have strong expertise with
Google Analytics (incl Google Data Studio)
, in querying databases with
SQL and
Python scripting
You are an expert with analytics tools like
PowerBI,
Tableau, Superset
e. g. modeling data**, as well as creating KPIs and product reports
An advanced, handson knowledge in statistics will help you to set up
A/B testing to test hypothesis
Fluency in
English **is required
