Business process transformation solutions, also known as SAP Signavio Solutions, can help companies succeed in their digital transformation and continuously improve performance by helping understand, innovate, and transform processes - fast and at scale.

The (Junior) Global Event Marketing Associate - Business Process Transformation (M/F/d) plays an essential role in creating awareness, interest and demand in the market, and strengthening our positioning as innovation leaders by delivering stellar annual global signature events.

The objective is to increase the business process transformation solutions footprint in different audiences in the SAP installed base and in net new companies, as well as in various LoBs.

This includes improved brand awareness, audience expansion, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, loyalty, and advocacy throughout all the possible interactions, virtual/online or physical, with customers, prospects, influencers, partners, and potentially other targeted audiences.


Typical responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Event Research and Analysis
  • Understand the SAPowned and 3rd party event landscape and collaborate with the field on defining the most important events
  • Event Project Management and Execution
  • Support the creation of the event project from plan to execution and collaborate with all contributing internal and external parties. This includes speaker acquisition, partner inclusion, sponsorship management, event promotion, on site execution, follow up and continuous analysis and optimization considering timelines, budget and other key performance indicators. Document and communicate processes and status in a way that facilitates collaboration across teams.


  • Customer Experience Management

  • Help manage the development and execution of an outstanding customer experience in collaboration with design, digital marketing, customer marketing, and field marketing
  • Stakeholder and Internal Customers Management
  • Proactively align with business stakeholders to ensure successful event orchestration and execution. You will be part of the continuous evangelization of the event strategy, plans and results and collaborate for refinement.


  • Internal Communications

  • Promote the signature events internally in a way that excites the field, and makes it easy for them to engage with customers, prospects, and partners

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of Marketing, Eventmangement, Economics or a related area
  • First experience in managing events and stakeholders at all levels simultaneously whilst meeting required deadlines
  • Good understanding of the vision and strategic goals of the business process transformation portfolio
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management in fluent English and German.
  • Interpersonal skills: results and execution focus, motivated to work with an international and intercultural team and to effectively work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work under time constraints. Demonstrate an optimistic cando attitude and a creative growth mindset. Willingness to adapt flexibly to a dynamic environment and go the extramile.
  • English and German language skills are mandetory
