In detail you will

You support Sales, Solution Design and the proposal generation team from early sales stages until contract closing throughout the whole Sales process.
You support in pre and post processing of RFPs (Request for Proposals & tenders).
You support us in the maintenance of our RFP content library and use our SOA Proposal management software to manage and enrich content.
Proactively go through recent product updates on our confluence pages and bring them as new content on to the knowledge library of the proposal management tool.
Preparation and followup tasks for internal and customer project workshops.
You will accompany the solution design team in agile transformation processes and internal organizational development projects.
You support in creation and maintenance of project and activity status monitoring board and extract information on timely basis for internal reporting purposes.
You will learn how to work holistically from analysis to find optimal solution for implementation in Business process definition, documentation, and improvement.
You'll get the space for businessrelated research activities and data analysis, mainly in ESG and/or tech related fields.

We would like to hear from you if you have

You are a registered student (M/F/d) or recently completed your education based in Berlin, in (business) informatics, Computer/other engineering fields with affinity towards commercial/sales side of the modern SaaS cloudbased businesses.
You bring in conceptual, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
Your able to present and communicate hypothesis and solutions on factual basis with support of data.
You are characterized by independent work and logical thinking and have a quick grasp.
You like to face new challenges and work in international teams with professionals.
Good written and spoken English is obligatory, and German skills round off your profile.
