In B2B business, we support and supply installers and cooperation partners with innovative photovoltaic products. Thanks to our parent company, BayWa AG, we can always rely on strong backing.

About the role
Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in

Tübingen or

Munich and are currently looking for a

Global Head of HR (M/F/d) for our Business Entity Solar Trade.

What You Will Do

You will take responsibility for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our organisation's goals and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, balancing global guidelines with local differences and requirements
You will build a team and work with HR colleagues in the different businesses to deliver HR services as a partner to the local businesses across all the key HR functions
You will drive organizational performance and support sustainable growth
You will create and oversee programs for employee training, development, and career advancement to enhance skills and promote internal mobility
You will implement performance management processes that provide constructive feedback, support career progression, and align individual goals with company objectives
You will drive initiatives that foster an inclusive and diverse workforce, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees
You will develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction through effective communication and recognition programs
You will lead HR initiatives during the transition to new ownership, including selection and implementation of a new HRIS
You will ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and ethical standards across all regions of operation
You will oversee daytoday HR operations for the holding company, including managing Clevel and MD contracts

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources or related field
Master's degree or HR certification would be a plus
At least 10 years of HR leadership experience in a global or multinational organisation
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success
Strong understanding of global HR regulations, German labour law and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German across multiple levels or functions within the organization
Experienced in working in an international and complex organization
Flexible mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
Technical and digital affinity as well as experience with an HRIS
