Your Role:

As a System Administrator within our Corporate IT team, you will manage our SaaS tools and office IT infrastructure, as well as enhance our workflows and processes through DevOps-inspired workflow thinking.

Reporting to our Head of IT, you'll collaborate with divisions within the people team, such as HR, Office Management, and Talent Acquisition.

With a keen understanding of great customer service, you will support all internal Taxfix teams with 1st and 2nd level IT support.

This role is integral to creating a world-class IT environment, ensuring a positive experience for everyone at Taxfix.

Your responsibilities:

Be responsible for on/offboardings, making sure our new joiners have everything they need on day
Manage and optimise user access and license allocation within our IAM tool, Okta.
Develop and ensure the reliable operation of our macOS/iOS fleet using MDM.
Provide inhouse IT support to all Taxfix employees across the organisation, onsite.
Develop, monitor and troubleshoot our office network infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with teams like HR, Office Management and Talent Acquisition to develop and implement IT processes that enhance employee productivity and overall experience.
Take an active role in developing and implementing an InfrastructureasCode approach within corporate IT, as well as adopting the best of DevOps principles.

Your profile:

You have
at least three years IT experience working within a SMB corporate IT team.
You have prior experience working in a customer service role, are friendly, down to earth and importantly, approachable.
You have strong macOS troubleshooting and Apple MDM experience.
You have first hand experience managing and configuring tools like Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, GCP, AWS, MDM (Kandji, Jamf, InTune), and Jira Service Desk.
Proficient with at least one programming language, e.g. Python, Bash.
You have keen eye for turning chaotic processes into repeatable, measurable ones.
You are always improving, identifying bottlenecks and experimenting with ways to fix them.
Previous experience with Linux servers, Terraform, Zero Trust, and corporate networks are a big plus.
You speak English fluently. German is great, but not required.
You live in Berlin or surrounding areas, and are happy to work onsite 5 days per week.
