YOUR TASKS
You will lead global controlling for direct material purchasing, including planning and implementing the annual material budget and setting KPI goals


You will be responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting of savings, all purchasing KPIs (e.g., payment terms, sustainability) and macro-economic data (e.g.

inflation, raw material, energy price development, currency fluctuations) and to derive conclusions and recommendations for the overall purchasing performance

You will initiate on your own proactive analyses, clarify any findings and discrepancies, and make recommendations

You will present your analyses and reports directly to management and the board, serve as their primary contact for all questions related to purchasing controlling

You will take on risk management and create best and worst-case scenarios for various potential risks

You will drive continuous improvement of purchasing controlling processes and the associated reporting system, and improve tools for optimized data access by users

You will create training concepts and organize and conduct worldwide training in the field of procurement controlling


YOUR PROFILE
You have an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

You have several years of professional experience in the field of Procurement Controlling, Operations Controlling, or a comparable qualification, ideally in the automotive industry

You bring profound knowledge in controlling and processes (Finance, Procurement, Profit & Loss)

Initial experience in project/team leadership is advantageous

You are proficient in MS Office programs (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint/Thinkcell) and have expert knowledge in SAP (SAP ERP, modules MM and FI/CO, SAP BW, SAP HANA) and PowerBI/Lumira

You are fluent in German and have good English language skills (written and spoken)

You have strong analytical abilities, a pronounced understanding of figures, and convincing presentation skills
