Key responsibilities for this role include:
This position ensures processing of Individual Case Safety Reports.

  • Monitor PV mailbox and other communication channels for incoming ICSRs on drugs and parapharmaceuticals
  • Record and review incoming ICSRs
  • Translate ICSRs into English language and perform Quality checks
  • Enter relevant data into local Affiliate Module of ARGUS and perform follow up activities
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g. QA, Medical, Service Providers) to ensure all relevant data are available
  • Format and archive ICSRrelevant documents according to PV processes and policies
  • Investigate any instances of noncompliance and manage PV investigation forms

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Medical education e.g. nurse, Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA) or Medical Information Management
  • Ability to organize work in a logical, thorough and succinct manner
  • Fluent in the German and English (written and oral)
  • Knowledge of good documentation practice and quality management systems
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
