Hobson Prior are working alongside a fantastic biotech establishment who are seeking for an individual to join their team on a permanent basis located in Frankfurt with some hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Cooperate within a matrix setting and serve as the SME to preclinical teams, crossfunctional program teams, and management team.
  • You will guide and form R&D scale production of innate immune cell plannings as well as drive the review of innovative amalgamation regimens in vitro and in vivo.
  • For this role, you will guide a multifunctional team to review and translate biological mechanisms of innate immune cells in amalgamation with innate cell engagers (ICE) to product developments and CMC teams.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing towards a varied audience.

Requirements:


  • Educated to an advanced degree level in a life science discipline with acquaintance working with cellular cancer immunotherapies.
  • Familiarity with guiding a research lab driving projects rendering to budget, quality and timelines.
  • At least 5 years if experience in a research leadership role within a clinical, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical organisation within the context of the development of cellular therapies in immunooncology.
  • Prior involvement in largescale planning and functional characterisation of innate immune cells, for example: NK cells, gammadelta T cells and/or macrophages.
  • Knowhow of linked processing equipment, for example: CliniMACS, CliniMACS Prodigy, G-Rex.
  • Knowhow of genetic medication of innate immune cells would be advantageous.
  • Comprehension of regulatory and quality needs for GMPcompliant production of cell products would be beneficial.
  • Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be advantageous to the role.
