From our headquarters in Munich, we develop comprehensive software solutions for the operation of complex customer loyalty programs, which we implement at our clients worldwide.
We develop long-term partnerships with our clients, advise them on their digitalization journey, work on innovative ideas together and put them into practice.
YOUR TASKS
- You are jointly responsible for technical support for the areas of AWS Cloud, Data Warehouse, Oracle Siebel, Linux and Windows servers, and marketing systems.
- Together with your team, you will support and advise our customer Deutsche Bahn on technical and professional matters, for example in the case of problems and optimizations, concept development and new requirements.
- You will take on partial responsibility for the analysis, coordination, and quality assurance of all operational issues.
- With your expertise, you will contribute to the agile further development and optimization of our CRM processes and the systemtechnical implementation of customer requirements.
- You will support in 2nd level support (alternating oncall duty).
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification (e.g., training and further education).
- You bring experience with SQL, Unix/Linux and Windows Server, additional experience with data warehousing, NoSQL, cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS), Siebel, and/or IT monitoring are a plus.
- You ideally have a basic understanding of shell scripting and virtualization/containerization (e.g. with Docker and Kubernetes).
- You enjoy working in large, complex system landscapes.
- You have a great interest in understanding the relevant business topics to be able to provide operational input and support your colleagues with your technical knowhow in a targeted manner.
- You have a high degree of flexibility, commitment, and an independent working style.
- You can think in processes and have an analytical mind, coupled with a handson mentality.
- You can communicate confidently in a business context, both in German and English (at least B2 level).
