This position will be part of People Services and has responsibility for execution and administration of the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) benefits and retirement program, including health & welfare, savings plans, and wellness.


Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for benefits program development, implementation, and efficiency
  • Drive new benefits and process improvements
  • Administer daytoday benefit activities and act as an escalation point
  • Resolve benefitrelated issues and document processes
  • Review and update communications and assist with compliance
  • Identify process improvements and train team members
  • Manage testing and implement system changes
  • Handle enrollment processes and liaise with providers
  • Review and reconcile reports and data feeds
  • Communicate benefit plan details to key partners
  • Assist with wellness programs and vendor administration
  • Manage invoicing and payments for vendors.

Must have Requirements:


  • Adequate educational background
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model is a nice to have
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in English and German is required
  • Experience working with current BMS HR and TR enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Mercer Darwin, Morneau Shepell's Ariel
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and convincing way to staff, callers, and functional business and technical groups

Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
