Duties:

Incumbent is assigned to the Human Resources (HR)

Section and provides administrative, data analysis/report, program/project coordination to the following HR programs:
EERs/Performance Next, EFM EPRs, EFM Employment, and other administrative duties in the HR Section. This position addresses short-term assignments as needed by post including staffing gaps, ad hoc project, and/or short-term workload increases.

Incumbent may be assigned to projects on a flexible schedule (intermittent, part-time, or full-time) dependent on the needs of HR and the office/section who needs support.

The jobholder may counsel EFMs on the hiring process, including the security clearance process, and provide cleared escort responsibilities.


Qualifications and Evaluations:

EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years of office administration and management experience is required.


JOB KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of office management and core tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literary (keyboard, internet, cloud based computing) in order to perform assignment and do basic troubleshooting.

Knowledge of standard office equipment is required including copiers, telephones systems, smart phones, scanners, etc.
