Purpose of Job
Responsible for providing global visibility across all ECC activities (Fabric Home Care, Personal Care, Health & Wellness, and Technical Formulations), including messaging of our sales, R&D, and innovation activities, aligned with the values and strategic objectives. Responsible for two Marketing Specialists and ensuring that the company's marketing efforts align with our customers' challenges. A passion for marketing, ability to develop/execute effective marketing strategies, and a desire to enable the sustainability transformation.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
Creating and communicating a strong brand awareness.
Collaborating with central functions to grow and enable a digital presence/experience for customers.
Ensuring all ECC colleagues understand and access the messaging to customers and speak with one common voice.
Develop and implement global marketing strategies that align with the business objectives of the market segments, and the company's strategic objectives and values.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and sales collateral, that reflect the company's brand messaging and identity.
Collaborate with the R&D and innovation teams to understand new product offerings and ensure that marketing messaging aligns with product features and benefits.
Manage the company's social media channels, including creating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics to measure success.
Oversee market research and analysis of industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Participate in market events/conferences and customer visiting/meeting where applicable.

Formal Education

B Degree or equivalent (Technical/Commercial)
Post Graduate qualification (wish)

Working Experience

Chemical industry background with circa 5 years experience in commercial/technical
Required personal and professional skills
Analytical skills / Strategic thinking
Thorough communication, relationship building, presentation skills (e.g. interacting with the team at all levels, aligning with other functions, etc.)
Customer, service

- and solution-oriented personality (e.g. self-motivation, delivering high quality solutions and services, demonstrating flexibility)

Can work in a global crossfunctional environment
High proficiency in MS Office software
Fluent in English
