Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to align with overall marketing objectives.

Programmatic Advertising:Plan, execute, and optimise programmatic campaigns across platforms. Manage inventory, media buying, and messaging for the right audience at the right time.

Paid Social Media Advertising: Implement paid strategies on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Twitter. Create and manage ad campaigns, optimise based on key metrics, and stay updated with trends.

PPC Advertising:Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, conduct keyword research, and optimise bid management. Monitor and analyse metrics for data-driven optimisations.

Campaign Optimisation and Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics. Conduct A/B testing for enhancement and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist, preferably in online gambling or gaming.
  • Indepth knowledge of programmatic advertising, paid social media platforms, and PPC advertising, including Google Ads.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms and tools like DSPs, social media ad managers, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and making databacked decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detailoriented, adept at managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Adherence to industry guidelines, regulations, and compliance in the online gambling industry.
