_ Junior Finance Business Partner (M/F/d)_:

The role provides an excellent opportunity to add value to the Vaccines business and have a direct impact on LOC decision-making.


You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of financial information during forecasting/closing processes, compliance and providing relevant analysis.

You will be instrumental to optimize financial resources, proactively identify opportunities, challenge the return on investment and manage the expenses of the Business Unit.


Success in the role requires the ability to interface with cross-functional team, lead and drive change on appropriate level, challenge appropriately and have high degrees of technical and financial competencies, as well as reliability and high spreadsheet/modelling skills.


Key responsibilities:


  • Lead SG&A Vaccines Finance Partner, ensuring that key stakeholders have full understanding of management and financial analysis reports and ultimately what actions the business needs to take as a result
  • SG&A of £100m/year, ~300 FTE.
  • Support the forecasting process (Demand Review Management, Long Range Forecast) with sales forecasting based on key insights and an accurate R&O view.
  • Collaborate with the wider OneFinance team to provide analysis of the financials at monthly close.
  • As a member of LOC Finance Team, support the Vaccines Finance Business Partner and the Vaccines Business on reviewing commercial performance and overall P&L management.
  • Supporting the business on several operational topics that underpin the above, to contribute ultimately to the Global Vaccines strategy.

Qualifications & skills:


  • Exposure and experience working in a finance function, including providing financial partnership to a business area or team
  • Graduate in Economics, Finance or Business administration or finance related equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Experience with financial systems and processes
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel, Powerpoint skills
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure and deliver multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English, German is a benefit (English is the working need)
