Stellenbeschreibung: What you can expect:

Lead and develop a team of diverse IT Consultants
Provide orientation to your team regarding strategy, decisions making and future developments
Foster personal growth and purpose for your team members and create an motivating and high performance work environment
Be a partner for your business - and management stakeholder to jointly drive HUGO BOSS growth strategy
Ensure capabilities as well as availablilties within your team to support business critical projects
Search, select and develop new talents for your team
Ensure execution of our IT strategy within your team
Onboard and manage external service providers
Provide functional guidance to your team and other stakeholders with your vision and functional expertise

Profil: Your profile:

Very good understanding of customer experience and customer relationship management processes
Excellent software project management and IT consulting experience
7+ years of professional experience within relevant background
first experience in leading diverse teams or groups of people
fluent in English (German is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
People-focused yet result-driven
Entrepreneurial spirit
