E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) manages and implements with around 2,200 employees the digital transformation of E.ON.

The newly established Digital Empowerment unit, where the Digital Learning Ecosystem Management Team is part of, reports directly into the Digital Board Resort.

Digital technologies change the nature of work and the roles within. Key to success is to learn new digital skills, model new behaviours and constantly adapt to changes.

This new unit aims empowers employees to embrace digital change through a structured skill-based digital upskilling approach that provides the mindset, skillset, and toolset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.

More specifically, Digital Empowerment is providing learning journeys and certifications in key digital technologies (e.g., analytics, cloud, cyber security, UX/UI design) and practices (e.g., agile, growth mindset), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience & learning culture to E.ON's employees.

We are looking for a
Working Student (f/m/d) Data & Reporting within E.ON Digital Technology in Essen or Munich.

What you'll do

Setting up and analysing the global learning data for E.ON
Orchestrate, help in building data pipelines to gather data from various APIs into a data lake
Analyze the data (learning data, survey data, etc.) to gather insights for the business stakeholders
Build reports to showcase the analytics

What you'll need to succeed

Enrolled student in the field of Computer/Data Science, Data Engineering with more than a year left for graduation.
Experience with building Dashboards with visualization software (Power BI preferred, knowledge of Tableau can be considered)
Experience with any cloud provider for Data Lake/Data Warehousing (preferably Azure), Scripting language (Python/R) and basics of SQL.
Knowledge of accessing data via APIs is a plus.
Basic experience using MS Office products (esp. Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong analytical skills as well as solution and customeroriented thinking
Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and endtoend, with a high level of personal commitment with not only ability to work effectively in a team but also deliver on your commitments independently.
Business fluent in English, both written and verbal, German skills are additional benefit
