What you'll be doing

Take overall responsibility for the success of your projects
Work together with the top management of our clients on exciting interdisciplinary and international projects with the highest relevance for strategy development and implementation as well as corporate development
Analyze customer requirements and conduct market, competitive and financial analyses to draw management recommendations and develop innovative solutions that enable customer success
Develop and implement clientspecific business strategies and roadmaps in close collaboration with our clients
Present project results to top management
Develop your team members not only professionally, but also support them in their personal growth
Think ahead and continue to strengthen our consulting offerings

What it takes

More than seven years of professional experience at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company or startup with a track record showing outstanding performance
Comprehensive consulting experience and industry knowhow is a must
Experience in leading and developing project teams or individual team members
Extensive international work exposure
An excellent university or college degree (master's/Ph.

D.) or an MBA from a top business school

Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to communicate confidently in English; German is a plus
A high level of passion, social competence and team spirit
