Your mission

You will act as the point of contact for our VP Sales & Customer Success among employees, clients and other external partners.
You will proactively manage the information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
You will be in charge of planning, organizing and managing the VP's calendar

You prepare reports, presentations, track targets and research across key topic areas.

You will make travel and accommodation arrangements and own the expenses management.

Profile:

You are a talented generalist with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
You have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
You already gained work experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner or in a similar role.
Ideally, you have a startup background or consultancy career.
You are proactive, detailoriented, organized, and efficient.
You are fluent in both, German and English.
