For our Global Export department at Henkell Freixenet in Wiesbaden we are looking for a

EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR (D/F/M)

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

Strong interface between HQ departments within group and our global sales team
Seen as a sales backbone in the HQ; supporting with tasks, but not limited to: preparation of customer meetings, price and condition calculations, budget tracking and reporting
Provide sales analyses; assist in the implementation of sales strategies and monitoring of KPIs
Have an understanding of country/customer specific requirements; manage the administrative relationship with our customers and be a competent contact to those
Keep and exceed high service level; join in sales excellence
Database management in the field of CRM
Support in organizing and coordinating sales conferences

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor/Master degree with some working experience
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially xls & ppt is required. Experience with BI, as well as CRM data & tools are a plus
You convince through analytical understanding and customer, service

- and team-oriented personality

Experience in exports and with intercultural customers is essential, knowledge in the field of sales coordination is desirable
Very good English and German skills are required, other languages are an advantage
