YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Define the negotiation strategies
  • Provide strategic insight in the organization on the supply market
  • Drive the alignment between the different stakeholder managers
  • Lead demandbased tenders (RFx, eAuctions, face2face negotiations) to obtain best negotiation results and support countries during implement phase
  • Perform active contract management
  • Carry out alignment discussions to get a full understanding of the internal needs
- through both internal meetings and external negotiations with suppliers

  • Balance the commercial, technological and sustainability requirements
  • Manage relationship with your key suppliers including regular Business Reviews

YOUR SKILLS
You possess in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, practices, and strategies within the NT domain.

Familiarity with sourcing methodologies, negotiation techniques, and supplier relationship management, and have the following skills:


  • Solid experience in procurement compromising sourcing project coordination, managing customers and stakeholders, supplier management
  • Capability to manage relations on decision maker level, both internal and external


  • Deal Making

  • Great ability to structure and negotiate complex contracts, analyze pricing models, identify costsaving opportunities, and leverage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and maximize value for the organization.
  • Contract Management: Knowledge of contract management principles, including reviewing and understanding contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and monitoring contract performance.


  • Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor and stay updated on market trends, industry innovations, and supplier landscape within the network technology domain. Ability to identify emerging suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and assess their potential impact on procurement strategies.


  • Cost Analysis

  • Proficiency in conducting cost analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments to identify costsaving opportunities, optimize procurement decisions, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Fluency in English / French, German is a plus.
