CarOnSale is a start-up in the heart of Berlin.

As a tech company, we have made it our mission to enable smooth digital processes in the automotive trade across Europe.

Join us and develop new, innovative solutions for the B2B sector.

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent (f/m/x) with Dutch to start immediately in our office in Berlin.


Your tasks:


  • Customer onboarding
  • As a direct contact person, you welcome new customers to our marketplace and accompany your permanently assigned customers along the customer journey.


  • Customer Success

  • Independently, you will handle negotiations for Dutch customers and act as a liaison between buyers and sellers. The logging of customer activities is also crucial.


  • Customer care

  • You will be responsible for the successful support of our customers in the Netherlands. This includes accompanying the success of the customers as well as actively supporting and solving concerns.


  • Market development

  • You strive to build longterm customer relationships, which means that your work will have a direct impact on the success of our company in the Dutch market.

Your profile:


  • Relevant experience: You should have a relevant education or work experience in the commercial field as well as experience in customer service, account management or customer success management.
  • Negotiation skills: You are confident on the phone and can convince emphatically as well as resolve conflicts.
  • Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and are flexible in using different approaches for different clients.
  • Motivation and willingness to perform: You are characterised by a high willingness to learn and perform and can quickly adapt to new processes.
  • Independence and reliability: with your motivated and wellorganised way of working, you will act independently and reliably.
  • Language skills: You should have a very good knowledge of written and spoken Dutch. Also good language skills in English or German (at least level C1).
