Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH is looking for a Recruiter with Aviation Experience.

Due to constant growth and rocket achievements in the success story of Ryanair, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter supporting the scaling of our German team.

Next to strong role relevant skills, we are searching for person with a great portion of empathy, mixed with a lot of hands-on mentality, topped with a great spoon of team driven energy

Role

Partnering with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements
Preparation of job descriptions and publishing of job advertisements
Organizing and conducting Open Career Days, Job Fairs & Connectivity Events
Coordinate junior Recruiters and align hiring progress
Employer Branding: Maintaining recruitment relevant online platform such as LinkedIn, workable etc.
Social media upkeep

Requirements:

Prior work experience as Recruiter for at least two year, preferably in a startup and/or in an international, fastpaced working environment
Familiar with hiring in aviation
Diversity driven mindset to ensure our team is gender/culturalwise greatly represented
Fluent English and good German skills
Handon mentality able to lead projects and achieve company scaling goals
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Able to work independently and accurately as well transparent
