Product Owner Intern - Duesseldorf, Deutschland - World Simplified

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated product intern to
join our growing company for at least 3 months. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team.

You'll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

As the Product Manager Intern, you will get exposure to how product management teams at World Simplified work towards crafting rich consumer experiences.

You will take responsibility for the development, analysis and creation of specifications regarding the product and its implementation.

This internship is for our other product named GROFLEX. We are making this as an ERP for Small and Medium Businesses. Therefore, your internship will be related to this project.

Tasks

• Understand our strategic and driven position and deliver outstanding experiences to

our audience

• Working on creating stories and seeing that the designs are getting ready through our UX/UI team so that the developers team can start coding
• Use data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modelling to optimize KPIs, identify business opportunities, and craft the Revenue roadmap
• Learn the dynamics of our customers, understand the psychology, and identify their inproduct needs
• Drive innovation, definition, roadmap and product experiments to accelerate the growth of our active users and paid customers.
• Coordinating internal project processes, the preparation and followup of meetings
• Identifying user needs using qualitative and quantitative methods, including research, interviews, testing and analysis
• Liaising with the product team and endusers to deliver updates
• Creating status reports for product management and executive management

Requirements:

• You are a reliable team player, communication talent and technology junkie
• You are currently in your bachelors or master studies

Preferred fields of study:
Business with technical aspects.

• You are a creative thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• You already gained some knowledge about agile processes and principles
• You have already gained, but not mandatory, some professional (Intern /

Working Student) experience in the field of product management.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
• Previous consumer experience with social products
• You enjoy working within an agile environment
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, especially in English
• You bring enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
• You are a Selfstarter, with a 'cando' attitude in a dynamic environment
• You have a strong analytical mindset and are at your best working with KPIs
• A positive and openminded attitude
